During her 10 years with BT, Lucy led on a number of Global marketing communication initiatives including international marketing and PR for the Mobilityleaders program, a member based forum for global mobile operators, vendors and service providers with the objective to share best practice throughout the wireless industry in preparation for third generation mobile services.

As Head of Marketing Communications for BT Europe, Lucy developed and implemented a highly commended European speaker program for key senior spokespeople within BT Europe and BT’s joint venture companies. Prior to this Lucy managed the communications for BT Onephone proposition team, where she developed and maintained the BT Onephone marketing communications plan.

Founding department 83 in August 2001, Lucy left 02 in March 2002 to devote her full time energies to the business. Lucy plays a prominent role in the company, and adopts a truly ‘hands on’ approach to all projects undertaken.

Lucy is married with one small son and, when time allows, enjoys playing the piano, painting, and travel.
